Practice exam tests for CIPS students currently studying at Advanced Diploma level, and who have completed a course of studies, either with a tutor, or as a self-study student in the 6-credit subject of Operations Management.There are one hundred test questions, with at least one question per assessment criterion. These questions have been carefully created to match the style of question which might be anticipated from the Institute, coupled with a close adherence to the course syllabus. Many of these questions are challenging, and some will require the student to think through the options given as possible Objective Response answers. The questions are inspired by a number of Operations Management textbooks, including several leading subject textbooks as well as the Profex Publishing study text for L5M9. It is unlikely that any student will be able to answer all questions correctly, although students scoring high marks on these practice tests are likely to perform well in the CIPS formal assessment. Each practice question comes with a comment or explanatory paragraph explaining why one particular answer to that particular question is correct, often seeking to add value, and offer the student additional insights to the standard text or tutor dialogue.
