This set of practice questions is aimed at testing those people who have already completed CIPS Diploma (or most of it), and who have also studied the syllabus of CIPS L5M3 Managing Contractual Risk, and are close to taking the examination in this subject.There are three practice tests for this subject, one for each of the Learning Outcomes. Each of the assessment criteria is represented by at least one question; in some cases where it is felt the topic is central to the subject, a number of questions have been included. The questions, since this is the Advanced Diploma of the Institute, are mostly challenging, and some are very challenging. Students who can answer most or all of these questions correctly should be able to pass the real CIPS examination. Questions are based on material from the official CIPS study guide as well as from the independent publisher Profex's study text, with occasional use of another source.
