Business etiquette is given so much importance for the role it plays in the success of a business as well as an individual. Using your business etiquette knowledge and communication skills, you are putting your best foot forward. It involves dealings with co-workers, employers, business partners and customers etc. The purpose of this course is to help you to develop strong relationships based on such behaviour. The course does not only teach business etiquette, but it also shares the most important in the business arena - soft skills.
