Participants will benefit from a well-rounded curriculum that combines both theoretical and practical elements and will be able to teach at Aeclectica studios or any other studio that recognises this certification in Bungee.Blended LearningBungee Fitness & Fun Teacher Training Certification by AeclecticaTotal Duration: 25 hoursProgram Structure:1. Online Part: (3.5 hours) - to be concluded before Practical part + 1.5 hours of dedicated one-on-one video consultations, scheduled before and after the practical training.Content: Theory of bungee fitness Safety protocols and best practices Class design and structure Anatomy and physiology relevant to bungee training All videos of Bungee Exercises Assessment: Online quiz to ensure comprehension before progressing to the practical component in Luxembourg.2.
