In this course you will learn how powerful the brain really is. You will learn about the different neurotransmitters, hormones, neuroplasticity and habit forming. I will teach you how to use the knowledge of neuroscience to develop and empower yourself and others. Learn to coach effectively and become a successful mentor. Understand what the roles of a coach and coachee are. I use the ICF (International Coaching Federation) as the foundation of the coach teaching that you will receive. The ICF is considered the gold standard in coaching globally. You will learn about the role of a mentor and mentee. Mentors are not necessarily older people and both individuals learn from each other. Coaching and mentoring and two different fields. Although many people use the terms interchangeably, they are not the same. Explore coaching and mentoring models to use in sessions. Analyse, assess and plan to improve your own coaching and mentoring ability. Understand the brain and related neurotransmitters. This course is designed for beginners or individuals who want to broaden their knowledge about neuroscience and practical fundamentals of coaching and mentoring.
