It provides flexible HTML, CSS, and design templates which are JavaScript-based, varieties of UI components and interactions to build websites and web apps. For initial layout of items this framework uses a 12 column grid. Bootstrap's responsive CSS adjusts to Desktops, Tablets, Mobile phones. and provides a clean and uniform solution for building an interface for developers. Bootstrap 3 is mobile first in the sense that the code for Bootstrap now starts by targeting smaller screens like mobile devices, tablets, and then "expands" components and grids for larger screens such as laptops and desktops.
