Participants in this course will learn how to create believable dialogue between their characters to give readers an authentic experience. They will learn different dialogue tags along with how and when to use them. They will learn the proper use of descriptive sentences to describe emotion or what is happening in a scene, as well as creating conversation between characters that flow. Authors will learn how to "hear" their characters and translate that onto the page for readers to enjoy. Editing skills are a must for new authors and seasoned authors alike. Students will learn basic editing techniques that will allow them to edit their book to make it the best manuscript possible.
