With over 80+ Ayahuasca experiences under her belt, Aya brings a wealth of personal understanding to the course. She has also served as an assistant in Ayahuasca ceremonies, gaining invaluable experience in facilitating and supporting others on their healing journeys. Aya is a licensed therapist with extensive training in various therapeutic modalities, including mindfulness, breathwork, somatic experiencing, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and hypnotherapy. The length of each video is anywhere from 5 minutes - 20 minutes. The course provides videos, exercises, & external links to guided meditations and additional resources. The course does NOT come with handouts or worksheets. Will I have access to instructors or a support network during the course? Yes!
