So many elements are to be considered from the hours to pay and benefits and the mechanics of sharing a job successfully. Job Sharing seems exciting and a way to free up hours for personal use while still earning an income. However, job sharing is not just a matter of sharing hours and tasks - there is much more to be considered.Are you suited to job sharing?
