It is becoming a very important subject to be treated these days.Shadow work is directly associated with feelings, yet, there are few places and people teaching how to take advantage of it.With this course fully covered with captions, it increased the reach of access for many more students to pay attention.The need to acknowledge and practice of it has been increasing over the last years.Hence the importance to understand what it is and how to perform it properly.In this course, we intend to teach what shadow work is, how to make it work in your favor, and last but not least, the importance of the mentality shift during the process as well.Some videos over the internet may focus on the mental aspect of it, which is also important, but some teachers fail to let the student or apprentice to learn that, it is an art, that requires time, patience and a bit of desire for self discovery.This knowledge and practice has no restrictions to age, religion/spirituality or other believes nor to sexual identity.Anyone that is a sentient being can benefit from this course.Some things are better understood when taught verbally rather than just wrote, such is the case for shadow work.This short course can give you an opportunity not only to find more about yourself, but also, to unlock some stressful emotions and transform them into something more vibrant!
