In this course you will be able to understand concepts such as: True North, magnetic North, Compass North, Magnetic declination (variation) , Compass deviation, Heading, Drift, Track. All these items are required to be able to plot on a chart required flight path when flying from one airport to another using one or multiple checkpoints.The level of knowledge is basic and does not require any prerequisites.Also in this course we will go through basic calculation of time estimations in reference to ground speed of an aircraft in order to know when we reach checkpoints or our final destination.
