In this course, we cover three of the most popular agile project management methodologies and teach you step-by-step everything you need to know to work with each one in practice. In the chapter on Scrum, you'll then learn all about roles, artifacts, sprints, meetings and much more. In the next chapter we will learn about the Kanban methodology in detail, here we learn all about Kanban boards, cards, WIP limits, swimlanes, flight levels and more.In the last chapter we look at the OKR method made famous by Google.
