This course is designed for anyone, lay-person or professional, who wishes to understand more about the many issues and possibilities related to addiction, anxiety, depression and trauma. It is a primer on these subjects - but it also offers an in-depth understanding of the subjects as well as options and process possibilities. please do not forget to get the download of the book that is located in the final chapter 'Things Have Changed'. It is a compilation of the many aspects of addiction, obsession, compulsion, fears, phobias and anxieties and hopefully provides both insight, awareness and understanding of the nature and origins of same, as well as possible means by which the underlying issues can be identified and potentially resolved. It is hoped that by working through this course, a lay person or clinician will recognize the need to collapse any stigma they may hold on to and develop a broader understanding of the bio/psycho/social/spiritual aspects of recovery.
