This is a course for ABAPers who wish to starting coding in ABAP on HANA.Please note: A better audio version and smaller videos will be updated soon.In this series of tutorials, we learn about how to start with ABAP On HANA programming. The objective of this course is to teach you how to code with real time programming examples using the new ABAP on HANA coding methodology. This will help directly in your current / future work.This course also contains real time interaction with students so that their doubts are resolved, thereby clearing out any questions that you may have.The total theory part in this course is less than 10%.This series will be covering below topics1) Introduction to ABAP on HANA2) New Syntax features3) SQL queries using new syntax4) Creation and usage of different types of CDS views5) Creation and usage of AMDP.The course will solely focus on the ABAP on HANA profile and not HANA modelling which students usually get confused with. The course contains reference materials attached for easy practice and future use.CDS is the future of ABAP programming and this will be used in further topics like UI5/ Fiori / SAP Cloud Programming. This is the new way of programming called as 'Top-Down' approach which encourages programmers to push the code as much as possible to the database level.
