John 17:21-22 (KJV) That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me.:22 And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one.God's idea is not only for Jesus to be the express image of the Father, but you and me to be jointly formed, a joint-heir, heir of all things and that means that the Lord is my Shepherd and I shall not be in want. That means that I am fully supplied with everything that God has for me. God's idea for us is not to perish, but in order for us not to perish we need to have knowledge of the Word and the Power.There are always people in church that have the knowledge, but they deny the power thereof. That is why there are many places where the gospel is preached, but it is powerless. The Gospel must have Power and the Word must be accompanied by Power. In Acts 1 it says that in everything Jesus said and did, He never spoke without doing! If we speak the Word there has to be results, otherwise it is a dead letter. 'You shall have Power when the Spirit comes upon you'. I need the Spirit to make the Word come alive. People perish because they have no knowledge of the Word of God (Hosea 4:6).Let the word of God concerning conforming to His image be revealed to you in this course.
