This course is designed to prepare you to successfully pass the IRC Residential Building Inspector Certification. The Course consists of 4 practice test that are intended to best emulate the ICC exam. Each test will be timed for 2 hours and consist of 60 multiple choice questions. The questions will align with the categories and percentages that are stated on the ICC website. The ICC exam requires a 75% score to pass the exam, it is recommended to complete each of the four practice test with a average score of 85% to ensure confidence when taking the ICC administered exam.
