Implementing Enterprise StructuresDesign enterprise structures: Understand legal, business, and operational units like Business Units, Legal Entities, and Inventory Orgs.Legal Entities: Set up legal entities and associate them with LE's roles for compliance, reporting, and transactions.Inventory Organizations: Configure org parameters, locations, and assign items.Managerial/Functional Structures: Model cost organizations, HR orgs, and org hierarchies.Item and Cost Organizations: Know the differences; Item Orgs manage master data, Cost Orgs manage financial tracking. 2. Creating Inventory TransactionsBasic Transactions: Perform sub inventory transfers, miscellaneous issue/receipt transactions.Interorganizational Transactions: Set up and execute transfers between inventory organizations.Movement Requests: Understand types (replenishment, pick wave, etc.) and how to summarize/manage them.Transfer Orders: Automatically created for inter-org transfers or movement requests.Receipts: Inbound logistics receipts for goods from suppliers or transfers.Manufacturing Link: Understand how work orders and completions interact with inventory transactions.Picking Execution: Use pick slip generation and confirmation to issue goods. 3.
