Description:Welcome to the hands-on project! In this part of the project, you'll meet the customer and learn more about their industry, organization and technology landscape. You'll discover the customer's business goals for an SAP implementation and identify the stakeholders who'll be critical to the success of the project. Finally, you'll determine the project structure, help assemble the right team, get set-up and kick-off the project.
Name:Customer Engagement and Discovery
Description:In this phase of the project you'll gather information and insights about the customer's business, technology and data landscape to identify their goals and requirements. You'll develop a Customer Journey Roadmap setting out your approach and plan for the next phase. You'll validate your approach and seek signoff to proceed to the Design phase of the project.
Name:Designing an SAP Solution
Description:In this phase of the project you'll analyze and design a key part of the Technical Solution and submit your design. You'll submit your design and review the assessment submission of a peer using the peer review rubric provided. You'll validate your approach and seek signoff to proceed to the Implementation and Testing phase of the project.
Name:Implementing an SAP Solution
Description:In this phase of the project you'll determine the implementation and testing approach, including a Test Plan, configuration considerations and proposed deployment activities. After the system is deployed, you'll respond to issues during the hypercare period and provide recommendations to improve user adoption. You'll validate the customer's next steps post-implementation.
Name:Post Implementation Review and Customer Signoff
Description:Now you're ready to take stock of the implementation and provide recommendations to resolve any remaining issues or for future planning. You'll submit your final project deliverables and review the submission of a peer using the rubric provided. Finally, you'll prepare the customer for operational handover and wrap-up the project.
