Name:Module 3: Compensation and Benefits Roles
Description:In this module, you will look at the role of Compensation and Benefits as part of the Human Resources field and organizations in general, the value the function creates, and the challenges they face. You’ll also have a chance to explore the common roles within Compensation and Benefits teams and how they may vary based on the size of the organization and team. Finally, you’ll look at the Compensation and Benefits Analyst role and how your own skills and competencies compare.
