Description:In this course, you will learn about your role as leader of your company and employees. You will explore your own leadership style, and the core values and assumptions that influence how you lead. You will hear from other women business leaders, and create a Leadership Development Plan, identifying actions to help you build your leadership skills. Finally, you will complete a Cultural Audit, which encourages you to consider your business’s culture. By the end of the course, you will have created your Vision Statement, which describes your vision for the future of your business.
