一本词典 评论了课程: How to Build a Startup

前一段时间仔细学习了这门课程，对精益创业的概念有了更为深入的了解。后来又参加了在北京的线下课程，更直观得感觉到这种概念的有趣之处。

简单来说，这种理念与研究方法中的“质的研究”有很类似的地方，强调与潜在用户（研究对象）进行深入的访谈，从谈话过程中挖掘更多的有用的信息。

在学习过程中，有一点让我觉得尤其重要，就是真正了解用户一天的行为。有的时候，我们所认为的“需求”往往是我们臆想出来的需求，而实际用户真正需要的跟我们所臆想的完全不一样，不去深入访谈是不知道的，做完产品再去访谈就晚了，浪费了人力、物力和财力。
