这门课非常不错，游戏机制其实到处都有，比如女儿练钢琴一次就给她多少 points。课程中的很多理念可以用在管理上，激励效果会很好。印象最深的是微软用这个机制调动了 crowdsourcing，在内部免费的进行了一个全球性多语言的测试，非常有意思。
